Sunday, 4/28, Wollaston Beach by Tony's, put in 8:00, Hangman's and on to Portugese cove then home again. The tides are all wrong for putting in, it will be muddy putting in but that is when I can make it. Should be around three hours on the water. Anyone interested?

How about . . . put in around 1:00 on Saturday @ Nickerson Beach on Squantum, paddle out to spectacle and have a look at the tall ships from the hills, then decide how to proceed. Not a lot of parking out there though . . . might still be better off on Wollaston Beach.

My wife has a glass Necky Chatham 16 that we bought new 4 years ago. I paddle the 18 and we have been talking about getting her a Chatham 17. The 16 is in excellent condition. If you are interested in working out some sort of swap, let me know, we could be very interested.

I paddle with a Werner Camano bent shaft carbon, I have a Camano fiberglass for our back up paddle. The carbon is very nice, it feels a lot lighter, which is nice when we're out for longer paddles.

Is anyone familiar with Nickerson State Park in Brewster? We were thinking of doing a weekend camping trip there with the yaks but I've never been, would it be a good place to take a couple paddles out of?

You're right, just checked. It was kind of a dumpy camp area. So Bumpkin Grape and Lovells are the choices in the Harbor. I think Mark picked the winner, Bumpkin is nice.

Grape and Peddocks Islands both have overnight camping. Grape might be a better choice.

I haven't been able to do a Thursday night paddle in a long while, so my feedback should be taken with a grain of salt, but I do like the idea, especially the City Point and Nickerson Beach paddles.
