Re: Thursday Paddle 7/ 23/ 2015

This should be a Hingham Thursday. I think I will be there, but not sure about what time I'll arrive due to a meeting at work that always seems to run late. 5:30 seemed to be the general consensus for a time, last time this was discussed, but I've missed quite a few weeks this year so I'm a little o...

I won't be working on kayak skills tonight. I will be headed out of town this evening after work and testing my "patience skills" while sitting in the mass exodus of traffic exiting Boston before a long holiday weekend.

I'll be there. Is there an early crowd this week? Diane Diane, As a former early crowd instigator, I'd say no, there will not be an early crowd. Work circumstances have changed for a few of us, so getting to Hingham early is not as easy as last year. With sunset being so late, there will be plenty ...

Duxbury Bay - June 6, 2015

Five of us got together for a trip on Duxbury Bay. We launched at Powderpoint Bridge. It was a bit windy, but we got some good exercise. We went out around Clark's Island and then over to the Duxbury shore. Please use the link below to enjoy pictures on Facebook that should be accessible to anyone, ...

Saturday, June 6, 11:30am, Powderpoint Bridge

This is not my answer to Bea's Challenge because it's not a favorite of mine, just a simple trip for some exercise to get in paddling shape. I will post more trips later in the season. Saturday is forecast to be quite breezy, so I think the actual route of the trip will need to be determined at laun...

Dave,

I'm definitely interested too. But, I'm tired of the same old seals, sand and sea grass out there. I want to see a shark this time!

I'm dying to see if they ever did any more to finish up the light-house keepers house. Our tax dollars at work.

Canceling for Hingham tonight. 50% chance of thunderstorms as well as 16mph winds. Too much chance of bad weather for Briggsy to make the trip up here this week, so I'll join the crowd over in Hanson and work on my off-side roll tonight.

Maybe we can all line up in front of you at the food table and shuffle along to make you feel like you're at your normal Saturday activity. Or even better, Ron can make you wait outside in the snowbanks!
