Re: Put in for Harbor Islands

Alec, There are also a few overnight parking spaces in the parking lot across from Hull High School. Of course, that makes the paddle to Peddocks Island very short. I've used the parking in Hull for camping on Lovells Island. In my case, we wanted to get to the island quickly, unload the boats, set ...

This should be a Hingham Thursday. I think I will be there, but not sure about what time I'll arrive due to a meeting at work that always seems to run late. 5:30 seemed to be the general consensus for a time, last time this was discussed, but I've missed quite a few weeks this year so I'm a little o...

Saturday, June 6, 11:30am, Powderpoint Bridge

This is not my answer to Bea's Challenge because it's not a favorite of mine, just a simple trip for some exercise to get in paddling shape. I will post more trips later in the season. Saturday is forecast to be quite breezy, so I think the actual route of the trip will need to be determined at laun...

Dave,

I'm definitely interested too. But, I'm tired of the same old seals, sand and sea grass out there. I want to see a shark this time!

I'm dying to see if they ever did any more to finish up the light-house keepers house. Our tax dollars at work.

Canceling for Hingham tonight. 50% chance of thunderstorms as well as 16mph winds. Too much chance of bad weather for Briggsy to make the trip up here this week, so I'll join the crowd over in Hanson and work on my off-side roll tonight.
