AllieGal3 - another consideration when shopping for a skirt for a boat with a big cockpit is to try to get a skirt that has some support sticks built in, like battens on a sail, that keep the skirt lifted a little at the center so it will drain instead of puddling. audreyb - To answer your other question - we did not paddle in Hingham on 8/7. There were thunderstorms rumbling and light rain falling at about 5:00 so 4 of us went across the street for dinner at Stars.

It looks like they gave up trying to block them off. The path from the visitors center was wide open with no fences in place like there were last year.
