Overnight paddle recommendations

Some friends and I are looking to do a 3-4 day flatwater canoe trip in the New England area in early September. The ideal would be the ability to camp along the way. Any recommendations?

I was able to sucker (I mean convince) Nelson into helping me on the "shakedown" cruise. I have some kinks to work out, but I got it wet and all-in-all everything went well

My family and I went down to P-Town yesterday to see the whales. Apparently, there were close to 80 of them hanging around Race Point earlier in the week. Does the rudder need to be perfectly lateral to the slot to retract? If so, I could see some trouble if you were pushed sideways into a rock or caught a rock while the rudder was turned.

It's too bad the one of me doesn't really show what was causing such a goofy expression... If you have a magnified glass you might make out Bolonski putting on a show on the island across the way.
