Greetings All,
This coming Thursday is promised to be a nice warm afternoon for the regular skills session - in Braintree at Sunset Lake.
All of you who've been putting off getting ready for the season....... It's time to dust off the boats and yourselves and c'mon down for some practice and fun.
Hope to see you Thursday!
Jordan

Hey Barbara,
Just making sure that you know that tomorrow is Wednesday, not Thursday.
And it's always windy on Sunset Lake...

Barbara -
Although Chris is technically correct about "tomorrow," he'll only be so for a little under four hours. You, on the other hand, will be correct for a full day!

Just to confuse things...Wednesday is "virtual Friday" for me because I'm taking vacation days Thursday and Friday.
Won't be around for Thursday night at Sunset Lake this week.

Hingham high tide is at 9:30PM this Thursday. We could do a Hingham paddle instead of loading and unloading boats at windy Sunset Lake as an excuse to go chow down on BBQ. Or, as I think Chris mentioned somewhere, we could do a "skills" session at the Cohasset Wave from 6PM till dark.

Very sorry to say that I will be in Worcester all evening. Will try to get to the lake on the alternate "tomorrow" (Wednesday, which is now today).

You can find me in a river in Boston. I'll have jumped off the Tobin due to Adam Lambert losing American Idol

Jump in the lake next to work, it more convenient LOL
No more excuses Joyce, the only way we can make this more convenient is to put a giant in ground pool for practice at your house
Hope to see you there!

Jordan -
As much as I'd like to, I have an evening planning meeting for a charity event. However it looks as if Kath and I will both be at Hingham next week. She's been given the "all clear" to start paddling again!
Looking forward to seeing you all again.

Went to the lake last night to practice some whitewater boat rolls. The water is much more comfortable than it was last time. Wasn't too windy either. Hope you all get in some solid practice tonight, and then enjoy the BBQ!
