future kayak trips

Post by russian rivers kathy »

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this web-site.
Are people still using it?
I am interested in finding out more about kayaking trips with others.
I would love to hear from anyone participating in this group.

Hi Cat & Kathy,

Welcome!

Please feel free to post a trip of interest under our Upcoming Trips Section. It's only visible to Forum Members versus anyone just browsing the site.

We also have weekly skills sessions every other Thursday so please feel free to take advantage of those.

Happy paddling!

Cat and / or Kathy or anyone on the website !

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do the Saturday trip - have the typical commitments that I cannot get out of.
Anyone want to paddle on Sunday 8th??

I live in Plymouth and if no other person is interested , I will be leaving solo out of Plymouth Harbor and south to White Horse Beach and others. Approx. 10 miles.

Let me know if anyone is interested in this or another trip idea!

Hah.

I just responded to this same post on NSPN ;)

Hello everyone.

I haven't posted yet, just been lurking.
But I might be interested in a Sunday paddle.
It all depends on my wife. She's been sick a bit but hopefully it'll all
clear up by the weekend.

What time were you thinking of going?

My level is an L3 and I have a Wenonah Sea Otter and a Perception Eclipse Sea Lion.
Not sure which I would use yet. Both are 17'.

The sea otter is wide and extremely stable, fast and great for waves.
The Lion has a rudder but it's more a performance boat.
