"Public" access spots to the bay in Welfleet

Post by KAYAK KEN »

I'm going to the Cape this coming weekend with my girls. Are there any good parking/launching spots on the bay side that someone could recommend. I seem to remember the spot we launched at to see the seals was permit only during the summer season. Thanks, Ken H.

Mayo beach which is just past the sharp right turn at the marina/town pier is first come first serve parking, also go a mile or two further and there is another parking spot. That one I don't know if its residents only. Look on Google earth.

Pamet River in truro is another good one for kids, they charge a fee for parking $10 I think.
Have fun
