Moving my hosting

Post by pat »

Hi folks,

I'm switching to a new hosting provider soon. wtpaddlers.org will probably be one of the first domains to move, being that it's not a paying customer and it has a lot of interesting things that could potentially break. So it makes for a great guinea pig. We're just starting to do the work now, so I suspect it will be some time in the next few days.

So if you see the site down, that's probably what it is, and don't expect it to remain that way.

For the techno-dweebs among you...

Current server:
single-core 1GHz CPU
512MB RAM
80G drive

New server:
8-core 3GHz CPU
12GB RAM
twin 1TB drives in raid
