That's the same day as this year's Hull Snow Row for the hearty souls (NUTS) that are interested in winter paddling. The Snow Row has registration at 10:00am and the race starts at noon, so it should not interfere with the "gathering of the flock".

I hope to make both events that day but especially yours Ron!

My better half and I will be there. Maybe I'll bring some reindeer meat for you, Ron? Who knows.

Snow row a maybe.......last year I bailed and stayed at home under a warm blanket....too many snowflakes in the air that day.

Well, I don't want to let Ron down, so I'll cancel my registration for the Snow Row this year.

Not quite, but now that all 3 of us hit the slopes, I get there much more often.

I've got a pool session in Providence that lets out at 1600, so will likely be a little late. I'll try to bring some breead, cheese and wine.

Parking isn't bad...finding the house the first time is the hard part!

Agreed! I never did!

Reminds me of my first trip to Billington Sea Kayak in Plymouth. When I finally did find it, I blustered to Doug Gray the owner about the directions, signage, etc, or lack thereof.

His reply:

"Well, if you can't find the sea kayak shop, you probably don't belong on the sea in a kayak!"

I am planning on going, assuming that I get back from whatever whitewater is running on Sat morning. If Mark is there he can tell me all about sea kayaking.

I will whip something up at MarketBasket...

Sorry, Chris. I will be on "whitewater" all weekend as well - Bretton Woods Saturday and Jay Peak Sunday.

Will those be English walnuts, or American Black Walnuts? Can I have the dressing on the side?

My wonderful wife has prepared some some meet wrapped cheese and veggie appetizer thingies for me to bring tonight. She won't be able to accompany me since she has a prior commitment. I should be able to make it on-time this year since my Saturday commitments are done early in the day...worked this morning and video-taping a girls basketball game at 1:00pm.
