Time to pare down the fleet to make an update, so I thought I'd use this opportunity to take a group picture before breaking them up.

It's hard to believe that there was 2 feet of snow in this yard last Saturday and I had to shovel out a spot for the dog to go out. This Saturday I raked up 6 bags of leaves and sticks. Gotta get the chores done so I'm free to kayak when the weather gets better.

I might need to use the motor to keep up with anybody in that canoe. It paddles like a barge...but it would carry everything plus Tracey's propane grill!

Cool!!
Are we taking it to Wasbburn?
No one will have to worry about how they pack their kayak.
And I can bring steaks for Saturday nights dinner.

The biggest problem with that canoe is getting it to water. It's so bulky. If plans come together quickly and I get a kayak trailer built, I'll consider using it for Washburn. But, a more likely and easier option is to use the rec kayaks and tow them behind the sea kayaks.
