Took my Tsunami 250 down the nemasket... Got wet

Post by johnhealey1776 »

If anyone is adventurous enough, take a trip down the nemasket in Middleborough! The water is super high, and great fun. I washed out just past the herring run downtown, but it was still a great time. I think I might invest in a dry suit for next year though, loading the boats up was quite cold. Worth every minute though! And Wilderness Systems makes a wonderful boat. I just need to make some large guy modifications.

I have only had the opportunity to do the Nemasket once.
There is no easy way for me to portage with getting dropped off and picked up.
Wifey helped.

Fun ride, i had prettly low water so i felt a few rocks pretty good.
I also went into the drink.
The fish ladders at Oliver Mill were my undoing. : )
