FOR SALE __NEEDS WORK__ GREAT LOCATION

Post by Gary »

Hi everyone

I've had some real fixer upper sales but this would be the best if any Turkeys are interested. I know Norm has pictures from past paddles out here. How can something that tall be a money pit?

Check out the linkhttp://www.boston.com/news/local/ma ... story.html

So, once it sells, will they put up a "No Trespassing" sign?

And how can they call that a ten acre property?

Especially since an "acre" is defined as "a common variable unit of land measure". So maybe they own the land below it, but what's to stop us from hovering above their land in our kayaks?

I wonder how much modifying they can do. Like, can they build a deck outside? A pier to land a boat? Paint it to look like a barbershop pole?
