Meh, canned beers are an efficient boat packing inventive.

Every once in a while, Sue comes across some bizarro recipe, and she tells me she's found a way to make chocolate layer cake without any sugar. Invariably, it tastes exactly like chocolate cake without any sugar.
I have to figure that this must be similar. It probably tastes more like beer than it tastes like pork ribs, but for people who actually like beer, it can't be very satisfying.

And you have to have the carbonator with you.
I'm with John. You can always fit at least 12 cans in your boat no matter how packed it is. You just have to pack them in coozies to avoid the barnicle drop.

Not so much on the rocky shores of Hell's Half Acre or many other Maine Islands.
Coozies are a good idea but take up more space.

I'm with Ken, but if you must have beer, how about beer can outriggers, fastened end to end with duct tape? The beer stays cold in the water and it doubles as a safety device. Let's get our engineers working on this.
