Found this on my local library page under the museum passes page:

DCR-Dept. of Conservation & Recreation – Pass allows free parking for one vehicle (excluding buses & vans) at over 50 facilities in the Mass state parks system that charge a day–use parking fee. (Quabbin Reservoir is excluded)

List includes South Cape Beach in Mashpee(near washburn), demarest lloyd, horseneck

Very interesting, we don't get that discount in Plymouth but there are many other valuable offers such as MFA, Bost Children's and MOS.

Ken you can get it from other library's in the same network I know whitman has the pass too
