Access to south river marshfied

I read the blurb on the south river. However I was under the impression
There was a new parking area/ access to the south river between willow street and the CVS.
Does anyone have more recent information on this or is it still
In the planning stages?

I believe this is still in the planning stage. Every once in a while, I'll get a notice that some sort of drive to raise money for the project is happening. Perhaps it's still not yet funded.
