I'll bring a dessert

Actually I'll bring a few desserts. Nothing homemade sorry.

I am going to pre-announce what I made for the party tonight, so no one is frightened when they see it.

1. Toothpick mini-towers of BBQ chicken thighs, pepper jack cheese and a black olive garnish
2. Roasted red pepper stuffed with gorgonzola. They are ugly, sushi-like things, but delish!

Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight. Sounds like there will be plenty of amazing food. That should fuel our creative thought process so we come up with great plans for the 2017 kayak season.

Not me. I'm going to drink some beer, eat a ton of amazing food till I get drowsy and fall asleep. I'll read about what you all decide tomorrow on the forum.

Well, the macaroni and cheese I am bringing some no longer vegetarian. The recipe calls for condensed cheddar soup, and I grabbed cream of chicken instead. Didn't realize it until the soup was in the mix. So, if you're vegetarian and counting on the mac and cheese, sorry...

Thanks to you Bea for having us. It's good to see everyone since I don't get to see them on the water much any more.

So how did the social/Pot luck go? any pictures? looks like a lot of good ideas are being bounced around. Wish I was there but Being in Colorado now and off to the Grand Canyon next week, it would have been a long drive!! LOL... I will be watching the site to see everything that is happening. Will be thinking of you all on Thursdays.
