Hingham 6/11 or maybe change?

The weather forecast looks very windy again for this Thursday evening's paddle in Hingham. The forecast for Friday seems warmer and less windy. Do we want to change nights and/or change locations?

Let's discuss please.

Hi. Well being a non wind person (forecast is for 20 mph out of the South) I'd suggest Friday because I am not as knowledgeable about what other locations would work (though certainly open to what you'd suggest)

I think I will be done with varnishing by then and ready to scratch up the bottom again ;)

Soon,
Romaine

If you don't have an alternate paddling location, perhaps we can do a few Skills nights back to back.

Open to go with the flow, I don't mind the wind but understand it can be a drag.

Happy to do another skills night, at a location that suits folks.

After the Tuesday paddle, we had a discussion about the Thursday night weather forecast and the consensus decision was to go out Friday evening from Stephens Field in Plymouth. I guess we can still shoot to arrive at 4:30 and launch at 5:00.

Sounds good to me. should we start a separate thread?

Bea - I think we should just keep one thread unless there are people that are still going to go out Thursday night, then we should break out into 2 threads. I believe that multiple threads can get confusing if people are not following both closely.

I'm in for Stephen's field. I'll be there by 4. Are we going to do PPPP?

I may swing by for at least part of the trip. I hope you guys are ok with my convertible kayak. I will have the top down. If not, I will go out by myself. Lol

Come out out and join us. Hopefully we haven't become kayak snobs and won't mind a topless version.
