Thank you Joy!

Hoping to be back in the boat for Winter Pool Practice, and or some good days during the winter.

Day 49, and starting to feel like the balance of the recovery will begin to speed up. http://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/launch?iso=20160919T00&p0=5058&msg=A+date+with+Dr.+Rudy+Wells&font=cursive

Biking twice a day, and doing all kinds of PT every day. Doing the work, and looking forward to the pay off!

I'm hoping to make some Winter Pool Sessions this coming season.

Glad to hear it, Jordan! Things aren't as fun without you on the water.

Now 50 days, and hoping to be finished up with PT by the end of the year, at least the professional appointments.

Already training with weights to get my hip snap back to where it should be

Thank you for all the good wishes!

Have a great Fall everyone!

Coming up on 3 months since my second partial knee replacement. While I'm still working on those last remaining areas of PT Improvement, I'm much further along with strength and range than last time.

That being said, when the weather cooperates JJ is ready to get back in the boat and do some paddling, and or have some fun in a Winter Pool Sessions!

I appreciate all the emails and calls since September.

Here's to a Happy and Healthy 2017 to all!

As of this post its been 111 days.

Just finished clearing 4 driveways of snow after yesterday's winter weather fest! Gave the knee recovery a good test this morning, it passed!

Happy I'm not close enough to Bea's house, poor Russ must be up to his knees in snow!
