The trip report might have to be a cooperative effort. I'd like to create a complete trip report page for it, but I wasn't there for all parts of the adventure, so if others could write that, it would help. Also photos could be posted.
I'm starting this thread toward that end.

Pat - I took a quick look at my photos last night. Not a great photography weekend for me - had a water drop on the center of my lens of my waterproof camera half the time and accidentally knocked my other camera out of auto mode to aperture priority which gave me blurry evening pictures. I'll try to sort through them tonight. Can you tell me again how to upload them to you for a gallery and whether you want them already re-sized down to 800 x 600 please?
I didn't upload my GPS tracks yet, but I should have tracks for both day's paddles and the short hike we did. I'll try to summarize what the final 5 of us did on Sunday afternoon for our paddle into Jehu Pond - Joe said his GPS said we did about 8 miles Sunday.
I had a great time. I don't remember the last time I laughed so hard that it hurt. Good thing we were all sitting on the ground or we might have been falling off our chairs!
Thanks to everybody for a great time and thanks to Tracey for all the cooking she did.
There's a lot of work involved to camp for just one night but it was worth it! I would like to thank all who brought and shared wonderful food. I am not used to eating so well on a kayak camping trip. Thank you to everyone for a great weekend.
Played around with uploading my GPS tracks to Google Earth. Here's a look at the areas we visited. Wish I could figure out how to make the tracks different colors. Tracks include the paddle from the launch point to the island (2.17 miles), the Saturday afternoon circumnavigation of Washburn Island (5.29 miles), hike after dinner on Saturday evening (0.9 mile) and the Sunday paddle of the group that went over to Jehu Pond before heading home (7.63 miles.)

Great pictures and I had a really great time. I would definitely go again. A warmer month and 3 days would be incredible. I'll go a little easier on the food next time.

...And a good time was had by all. Great paddling, good food, laughs constantly ... pole dancing. (That's a key part of any good traditional camping experience.)
I tried to pare down my pictures to a reasonable number last night but it's still above 70 in quantity so I need to pare it down further. The set I've organized so far is on Facebook as a complete start to finish sequence but I have not finished the comments. I'll pare that set down further and post much less than 70 pictures here.
I don't use Facebook much. I thought the album was hidden till I hit publish or something, but it looks like its already visible. I set it for access to "Friends of Friends", so access is somewhat limited.
Send me a friend request if you want access. My Facebook login name is "Norman Caseley" for those that don't know my whole name.

It sounds like you've got them in a gallery already, so you might not need me. If you want me to put them in the gallery I set up a few years ago, zip them up as large as you'd like and mail them to me. Try to keep the zip files under 10Mb in size, otherwise the mail might bounce them.
For the trip report page, the 800-wide is sufficient. I can just grab them off the forum posts.

There is some conservation area and marshland, but a lot more shoreline development than I expected around Jehu Pond. I guess I should have looked at the Google Earth shot more closely. There are a few pictures of the area on my Facebook page - I'm trying to add to the comments during lunch...
50 of my pictures. As I said earlier - not a good camera weekend for me. One camera bumped out of the correct mode and the other with a water drop on the lens just when it was needed.
Pat - use what ever you want of these and please put them into a gallery when you have a chance. Thanks for all the work you do.
