Sat 6/30 Ned's Point around West Island 9:30 AM Launch

Hi all,

I was thinking about doing a familiar favorite route.

The conditions are predicted to have some winds out of the SW 8-11 kts So the thought was to paddle counter clockwise around West Island could potentially give us a fun return trip.

It's about a 13 + mile trip, and we may / likely encounter some wind. It's still only Wednesday, so the conditions are bound to be in flux.

Please have a sea kayak (> 15') able to handle yourself in wind and chop, self rescue proficiency and able to handle the mileage.
