Thank you for posting, Jordan.

I am interested in this trip, but concerned about the forecasted winds in the afternoon (15+ from SW).

Would you consider paddling from Ned's point to Haskell Island in Aucoot cove, which means paddling in the opposite direction of West Island. My reason is that we will paddle into the wind on the return instead of dealing with following seas...Just a thought...You don't have to say yes...

LOL, the whole appeal of the trip is to get a push home with the forecast conditions

Hi all

I was just checking NOAA. Please see below and confirm if still on? I'm up for anything and like the push back idea i.e. fighting on the way out and coasting back. Any thoughts to changing venue where rain & Tstorms are less likely? I'll paddle anywhere any time. Just thought I'd mention...........
Saturday
A chance of showers before 10am, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms between 10am and 3pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 73. Southwest wind 8 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms

Bob, Kevin and I are going to launch from Malibu Beach off Morrisey BLVD near the gas tanks and venture around the islands. We'll play things based upon the conditions and what's appealing for the morning. Estimating a 10+ mile outing for the day.

8:30 Arrival https://www.google.com/maps/place/584+William+T+Morrissey+Blvd,+Boston,+MA+02125/@42.3198069,-71.0238945,14.25z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x89e37b010ca43249:0x76a59aa08d49f356!8m2!3d42.3053553!4d-71.0470306?hl=en

9:00 AM Launch with Lunch on one of the islands.

Please RSVP Before hand and please have appropriate cold water attire.
