Awesome shot, Chris! Hope to do some white water with you in 2011. Got perscription ski googles for xmas that I believe could be used for white water. Nice to see where I am going.....not like last time heading down the river with little visual definition.

Bea,

They also make prescription swim/dive masks. They're a little larger than swim goggles and a bit smaller than ski goggles, allowing for decent peripheral vision. They are pretty comfortable, and I think they would work better than ski goggles. Mine stay on when I'm playing in the ocean.

You're welcome to try them on and see what you think.

Hi Chris,
I was driving back from Waterville valley on Sunday and saw an SUV with 3 whitewater boats on it. One was mango. Maybe it was you. I actually thought of you when I saw them. My wife was preplexed to see kayaks on January 2nd. Go figure.

Chip - someone said that they counted 75 boaters on Saturday. I saw one swimmer, and I think that I was aware of one other.

video that someone compiled - maybe it's viewable?

Would have loved to join you Chris, but we were flying back from FL on the First. We did put a proper ending onto 2010 though; these are from Lemon Bay in Englewood FL :)
