Jordan,

I was planning to take Thursday off, but I think that trip might get postponed due to the high wind forecast. (I hate relying on these forecasts!!!) Friday looks a little cooler than we've had so far, but the winds look tame.

So, if things get canceled for Thursday, I'll see if I can get Friday off instead.

Wow, you're quick on the reply. I just realized I forgot to mention that my preference would be somewhere south because I have to be in Carver for a football game at about 5:30pm. I could go straight there from paddling.

Maybe somewhere from Cohasset to Plymouth Harbor might be appealing?

Greetings All,

There was a suggestion to Paddling in Fall River, near the USS Massachusetts, putting in at a nearby boat ramp, of Brownell Street.

I'm not terribly familiar with the area, but I am game to go some place new. I'll pull together some more information, and update everyone later today.

Let's plan for a 10 AM launch. The route is still in the works :D

The plan is to check out the Battleship and head north afterwards. Mileage is whatever the group feels like doing.

Jordan - Thanks for going with my suggestion to check out the Battleship Cove area.

Tracey - Sorry there were no sandy beaches for a lunchtime nap.

Norm,

That's okay.
Maybe next time you and Jordan will be able to make it all the way to the bridge.

He took quite a few. It was the area just south of where we stopped on that hot dry slog we took last summer.

It was a perfect paddle day!

Took 229 pictures Friday and 358 today. It may take a while before I get a trip report organized because I plan to go out tomorrow and maybe Monday. Too bad you couldn't make it on Linda's paddle today, it was so nice, we went all the way out to the Graves, saw some seals and did a little rock gardening. :D

Norm. Don't be so hard on yourself. You don't have to put all of the pictures up. Pick the top 10 or 15.

You only took 229 pictures on Friday? What's up with that? :?
